Partners are partner(or called reseller in China)-run sales teams and exclusive representative where Facebook team are not present or sales power is weak. They are chosen by Facebook to ensure quality service. FB Introduced new Business Integrity metrics in order to manage Integrity health in FB ecosystem and also help partners better understand and positively impact their business integrity health, to improve their ability to run their business with Facebook.
Background
Reseller and Agency Integrity Index (RAII) in order to improve integrity health within the FB platforms. RAII is made up of 2 sub-metrics, Disabled Revenue Rate (DRR) and Live Ad Rejection Rate(LARR). This new metrics designed to help resellers and partners to understand where they stand in terms of Business Integrity compared to their global look-alike peers.FB introduces new BI (buiness Integrity) metrics and there was a business need to surface a new Business Integrity Performance metric which is called
Why this metrics are so important to partners?
Partners who constantly violate the Business Integrity metrics can be terminated from FB partnership program.
Depending on the Business Integrity scores, partners can increase or decrease their account spending limits and ad creation limits which directly affect their business model
So, what we do?
" Revamp Policy Insights page in Partner Center to introduced new Business Integrity metrics " These new metrics required a revamp of the existing design. This project initiated particularly to cope with the Integrity issues for China market, this new metrics needs to be adapted gradually by other FB partners in different regions.
