Create & Design a single education platform in order to transfer knowledge from FB to partners with performance analytics to increase efficiency
Project Overview
It's challenging for FB partners (aka Resellers) to achieve comprehensive understanding across the FB's suite of products as a whole due to lack of centralized and dedicated educational platform. With subpar product & policy knowledge, they're unable to support clients in their business strategies and growth; impacting product, policy adoption and revenue. We need to meet where they are.
What are the problem we solve?
  • There is no centralized and dedicated space to utilize various educational contents and materials
  • Current tools that FB Internal staff is using to share sales collaterals (Google Drive, Drop box, Salesforce) have limited functions. Firstly, it doesn’t have a function to attach context on files. Secondly, it is difficult to filter relevant resource. Thirdly, as an FB Internal Staff, it is hard to curate materials that they want to highlight.
  • There is no tracking mechanism and platform to track partner’s learning journey and track consumption of educational materials
  • There is no modular system to provide personalized learning journey to every partner who has different learning goal and specialty.
